Our Story

Dr. Garcia attended Medical School at Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas in Santiago de Cuba. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Dr. Garcia has professional affiliations with the Cuban Association of Urology. In 1988, he was nominated by the National Public Health Department's Annual Award for Best Scientific Work. He is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice.

Dr. Martinez graduated with a Doctorate in Medicine from the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas de Santiago de Cuba. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital at the Bronx in 2013. That year, he was also awarded Resident of the Year in Excellence in Systems Based Practice.

As a highly experienced medical researcher, Dr. Alvarez is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by conducting innovative and impactful research. His passion for medical research has led him to work tirelessly towards new and groundbreaking discoveries that have the potential to revolutionize healthcare.

Dr. Meyreles Chaljub is a fellowship-trained Endocrinologist and healthcare executive with advanced expertise in menopause management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, obesity, and metabolic disorders, recognized for integrating endocrine science with real-world prescribing experience.

With years of clinical research experience, Mei Lin Chang APRN ensures that she provide our patients with the most up-to-date and effective medical treatments available. Mei Lin Chang APRN is an adaptable, results-oriented professional with experience in safety training, surveillance, and leadership.

With her extensive medical research experience, Mildred Lopez Garrido PA-C is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes. As a Board Certified Physician Assistant  (PA-C), she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and collaborated with top medical professionals to advance research in various fields.

Yonayqui Fernandez Reyes is a certified phlebotomist with over 15 years of experience in clinical laboratories, blood collection, and specimen processing. She is skilled in neonatal and adult care, with a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and patient service.

As Head of Marketing and Communications, Maikel Martinez prioritizes the patient experience, facilitating communication between the patients and staff, arranging meetings, and leading community outreach initiatives. His objective is to make patients and trial participants feel welcomed and eager to lead healthier lives.

As Front Desk Assistant, Sonia is skilled in office-to-patient communication, making calls, scheduling appointments, and filing and requesting medical records.

As the Accounting Officer, Alejandro keeps track of the books and ensures that the office is staying on budget.

As the Data Entry Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, Melanie dedicates herself to digitizing office records, organizing and filing documents to facilitate office efficiency, creating marketing materials, and managing the clinic's digital ​presence.
